Airport and Ferry Terminals
The local taxi company “Ring ‘n Ride” can arrange to transport guests to and from the airport and the pier. Bookings should be made in advance. Contact  01879 220419 for details

Free, extensive, on site car parking

Check in and Out
Check-in time is 2pm but depends on boat and plane arrival. Early arrivals can check-in and leave luggage at reception until their room is ready.
Late arrivals should contact reception to secure their reservation.
Check-out time is 10am
If boat or plane departure is later in the day, luggage can be stored at reception

Children and Families
Children of all ages are welcome. A limited number of family rooms are available.
Cots and high chairs are available free of charge

Communications Internet and Telephone
There is free Wi-Fi access available to guests.  A payphone is located at reception.

Credit Cards
The hotel accepts payment by Debit Card and all major Credit cards  except American Express. All cheques must be accompanied by a valid bank card.
Other banking facilities are available at the local bank situated behind the hotel. Please note -there is no “hole in the wall” cash machine available on Tiree.

 Disabled
The hotel has a level access. All public areas are fully accessible.

Heating – The guest rooms and public areas are heated by room radiators. We are working on a new stove for the bar!

Laundry
There are no facilities for guests’ laundry within the hotel although a small area is available for drying wet clothing.

Local Sports Facilities
get on your bike, fly your kite, ride the surf, run along the beach or swim in the Atlantic Ocean! The choice is yours!

Packed Lunches
Packed lunches are available on request. Please order the night before

Pets
Small & medium sized, well behaved dogs are permitted in the guest bedrooms for a nominal charge, but not the public areas.

Restaurant
Our restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week. All meals are available to non- resident guests.

Service charge
Gratuities are at the customer’s discretion.

Smoking
No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the hotel.

Special Diets
The hotel caters for just about any special diet, but advance notice is preferred. Vegetarian options are available at all times in the restaurant.
