Tiree Lodge Hotel is the nerve center of the island. Built as a simple hunting lodge around 1790, it was greatly enlarged in the 1970s with a modern addition. About 1.6km (1 mile) east of the island's only ferry landing, the hotel contains one of Tiree's two pubs and always attracts a hearty friendly crowd of locals and visitors alike. The guest rooms are well maintained and comfortable; most units contain a shower-only bathroom (some have bath/shower combinations).

We are right on the beach, so Atlantic facilities are on your doorstep! We have a restaurant with sea views, a lounge bar which also looks on to Gott Bay and a great Public Bar which is popular with locals and visitors alike. We serve good draught beers, we have a “compact but bijou” wine list and we have some great island malts which we feel compliment our restaurant and bar food menus. Local musicians play good “teuchter” music in the bar from time to time and during the winter months the big warm stove will be glowing to welcome you.
