Gourmet breaks and weekends on Tiree
Tiree prides itself on the wonderful beef and lamb produced on the island. Most of the cattle and sheep wander freely and graze on the rich machair giving the meat its distinctive flavour.
Crab and lobster are in abundance and landed daily by local fishermen during the season - a real feast for the gourmet. We strive to produce menus that reflect the quality of the local produce.
