Star gazing par excellence on Tiree

The biggest, starriest, most amazing Dark Skies you can ever imagine exist above Tiree. Having no light pollution whatsoever makes Star Gazing here truly breathtaking and truly awesome. Just wrap up warm and take a torch (there are no street lights!!) then switch off and look upwards. Look out for satellites, shooting stars and meteorites and of course all those star constellations. If you are lucky to be there when conditions are perfect then spectacular moon shadow will guide you back to your starting point. A very good excuse to take the dog for that last walk!
